Use Gua Sha on clean skin, after applying your serum or cream. Hold the Gua Sha at a 15 to 45 degree angle to your skin. Start in the center of the face and always work outwards. Start with the neck, then the cheeks, the forehead and finally the eyes and eyebrows. Avoid areas where the skin is thin or fragile, such as the eyelids. Repeat each movement 5 to 10 times on each area. Be consistent with your routine to see long-term results. After each use, gently clean the Gua Sha with lukewarm water and mild soap. We recommend using Gua Sha two to three times a week to allow your skin to rest between sessions to avoid irritation.
